Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

The shipping confirmation email and tracking number serve as proof that your order has been shipped.


2. Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times may vary depending on your location, carrier operations, customs processing, weather conditions, and seasonal demand.

3. Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive tracking details via email.

Please allow up to 72 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.

6. Customs Delays and Refused Shipments

Customs inspections may occasionally cause delivery delays.

Orders delayed, held, seized, abandoned, or refused by customs authorities due to unpaid duties, taxes, or import requirements are not eligible for chargebacks, refunds, or reshipments.

Customers are responsible for communicating directly with their local customs office when necessary.


7. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information during checkout.

If an incorrect address is provided:

  • We cannot guarantee successful delivery.

  • Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may require additional shipping fees before reshipment.

  • Orders already shipped cannot always be modified.

8. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the recipient.

Scarlette Official is not responsible for:

  • Stolen packages

  • Packages left unattended after delivery

  • Delays caused by customs inspections

  • Weather-related disruptions

9. Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before they have been processed and shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be canceled and must follow our Return & Refund Policy.
